He is quick to respond to issues that may come up and will get us the answers we need in a very quick turnaround time. It has been a great pleasure having him to help us out in times of need. I am an Allstate agent, and we went with Farmers for the rates, they seemed good. Patrick is good on the phone, when you can reach him. He lacks the follow through. I kept getting these emails to enroll in paperless ...well we did every time we got them. I get an email today saying that the discount was removed. I had called Patrick in the past to question as to why we are getting these emails. he said he was not sure and that he would look in to it. I continually had to follow up with simple requests such as ID cards, what are my new rates. He also failed to complete the Evidence of Insurance to the Mortgage company, that took several requests and a call to them myself to do his job. Like I said I work for Allstate and I hold myself to a high standard when it comes to this. I will be switching as soon as the customer service people answer been on hold now for 25 min ( NO JOKE ) Yes Allstate is a little higher but its worth it to me to have my policy being serviced.
