Rosa is very knowledgeable and looks out for the best interests of her clients.  I got transferred to her when my agent retired and at that time considered looking for coverage elsewhere.  Rosa jumped right in and got to know us and worked to develop a personal relationship with us...better even than the agent we had for over 20 years.    

Farmers Insurance may not be the cheapest out there but you get what you pay for!  Excellent support from the agents and a claims department that knows what they are doing and gets it done.  Well worth a few extra dollars.
