Absolutely horrible customer service with poor training from their reps. Stay away from this branch! Was with them for two years and it was nearly impossible to cancel my policy with them because their rates are outrageous!! Too many issues since I was a customer with this office!!

I found these guys at the Tarrant County RV show last year. I specifically told them I rent my RV. They wrote me a policy for rv insurance. After 1 claim they told me they don't cover renters. I quickly told them they knew I was renting it. They paid the claim after plenty of crap. But told me when the policy was over they wouldn't extend it.  The next month they claim they didn't get paid, it was supposed to be on auto-debit. They said they called me, which they did not and cancelled me. Hmmm lucky them now the policy is cancelled. Stay away from these gals and Foremost who is one one of there policy writers. The ladies don't know anything about their policies and Foremost pulled a slick move to get out of the policy. Then didn't tell me the dropped my policy 2 months ago.

Way overpriced motorcycle policy. Over 4x my current agent! Good luck trying to cancel as well...
