We were very fortunate and pleased to have found Susan's Insurance Agency.  From the very first contact right through to the papers being signed, Susan was extremely professional and helpful in her advice on our insurance needs.  Always easy to contact and very diligent in completing her portion of the procedure. Her personal service was refreshing compared to some of the other agencies we had contacted and had to speak with different people in every contact.  At this point we would highly recommend her to anybody seeking quality insurance with professional personalized service.

Susan is very personable and professional.  She did not only meet but surpassed my expectations.  Her competitive insurance premiums made it an easy decision for me to switch carriers.  Susan has a wealth of knowledge and experience which made it really easy for me to make the jump over to Farmers Insurance.  Susan is extremely punctual and it helped to expedite the coverage that I was looking for.   I will definitely be sending referrals her way!
