Your shows are fantastic,  Ginger Billy was the latest my wife and I got to enjoy. Your gaming is phenomenal.  I appreciate being able to walk out with a little $$$ without being a high roller, unlike other local casinos. I miss the buffet, but under the circumstances of public health, I understand.  Thank you again for another wonderful experience.

Super comfortable and large room but the AC did not cool well. We were only left 2 towels and being there 2 nights our room was not serviced or garbage removed.  Be aware there is a long walk to the elevators. The cafe is convenient and reasonably priced. Overall good value for the money.

Used to be one of my favorite casinos. Got off the elevator & found the rooms and halls on the second floor were being steam cleaned, hoses, water & smell. The once excellent buffet is now closed, no shopping, spa closed, food from cafe of poor quality & they casino floor closes at night until 8:00 am the next morning! I won't be back, hopefully the new owners will turn things around.

We had our company Christmas party here and they did a wonderful job. The staff was friendly and professional, the drinks were delicious, the food was amazing, and the atmosphere was fun and festive. The rooms are beautiful and very clean. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to enjoy a live concert. Prices are fair, there's food, drinks, and rooms if you're staying over. State of the art sound system and comfortable seating. Of course you can stand down front, but it's nice to have a seat. If you do buy a seat, I highly recommend VIP seating behind the sound booth for the best view and best sound.

Did not stay. Attempted to take my wife children to dinner after shopping at the outlet malls. Was immediately shooed away at the door and told we had to go through the hotel to access restaurants. Walked through hotel only to find that we could only eat at cafe because all other restaurants are on gaming floor, which we obviously could not access because our children are under 21 What a missed opportunity. I have taken my family to several casinos to eat and NEVER had this issue before. Other casinos are properly laid out and recognize that consumers enjoy a nice dining experience as well and will travel there specifically for the dining.

Very disappointed.  Left a night early, did not even bother asking for refund. Toilet did not flush well, impossible to  shower without water going everywhere, vending machines ate our money, not all electrical outlets were in working order, and maid service was non existent. Paid almost $1,000 for two nights. Will never return. We were there for a show which was very good. Drinks were good at restaurant there. Trust me you will need one. Teri Oliver

Absolutely not even close to fun. The variety of games was great but getting anything to pay just wasn't happening. Pretty sad that you can't win more than your bet on most spins. I don't mind losing at all, but this place doesn't even let you get comfortable in your seat before your money is spent. Casinos are one of my happy places, but definitely not this one.

I began coming to this casino and resort during its grand opening it was okay and I gave it three stars. However now under new ownership the place seems to really be shaping up, with an assortment of restaurants many different types of card games including Texas hold 'em and its own separate room a sports bar many slot machines one of the best casinos in New York I have visited. Keep up the work
