Well it's closed now. We enjoyed our visit. The one in Brea is still open, so we'll go there next time we want a fifty dollar sundae (pig troth!)
Probably to expensive for Riverside... I had the chili dog and it was crazy big... it was as long as the plate. took half of it to go... needed to save room for ice cream.
They had a couple birthdays & other celebrations & everyone working came out to sing & to the tune of a large drum! This was the best part.
We purchased some candy & pop to go from the gift shop.
My son loved the green, Shirley temple drink. the green river I think it was called..

WOW! !  An actual Farrell's Ice Cream Parlour.   The last time I was in one of these was in the 70's.  This one is in Brea, CA.  Food, ice cream and fun.  Great for families and everyone.  Your standard foods are here.   But the show the wait staff put on when you order certain ice creams is great.  Go and enjoy the food and the show.

Usually a line on the werkends.

Two out of three visits the ice cream order was made wrong. The second and third visits were free coupons due to the mistake of the first visit. It seems that lack of training of the employees is the issue. Hope they can do better.

Had a great time here. It's a lil small,so it gets crowded fast. We got lucky when we went...only waited about 10-15 minutes to be seated.

To be fair, this place is designed for entertaining children not me, but I was not impressed by this place.

The food was boring, and not presented with any care.

The restaurant had bits of trash like napkins and straw wrappers all over.

The men's restroom was dark with one broken light that was barely better than a single candle and a mess with used paper towels all over the counter and floor.

The  waiting staff is great. Energetic and attentive. 

This place is suffering from either a deficient manager or apathetic ownership...or both.

I don't expect to ever return
