This business is a joke!! They made 3 mistakes on our taxes, and then filed them without my signature.  First they told us we owed $1800.  My husband then looked over their work and had to point out their mistake to them ( when I am paying someone to do my taxes my husband should not be showing them their mistakes).  My husband wrote it off as it was a computer error and stayed there for our taxes.  I told them i would be coming in after work to sign to authorize for them to file my taxes.  I called prior to showing up to express my concerns that i felt our taxes were still wrong.  I told them i wanted to speak to a manager and have them looked over again, and that i really just want to take my taxes elsewhere.  As we were leaving to head that way for me to sign the documents for the taxes to be filed, we receive a call that they found more mistakes ( 2 more) and that the taxes had unfortunately already been filed.  WHAT?!   Beyond mad at this point.  I will never be back and i will be sure to tell everyone about my awful experience.

Awful experience. Marie is like dealing with a wet mop. No people skills whatsoever. Refused to take the info I gave her for my small business, and told me I could only claim half of my proof of what was spent as if it were her decision. Just plain rude. Didn't smile the whole time. Run the other way and don't waste your time or money, they'll probably screw you out of it anyways.

Went to have documents notarized. Tracy Duncan was fast and efficient. And the service was free of charge :-) If the notary public is this good, I can only imagine what tax services are like!
