Was extremely impressed with their customer service! You leave a message and they call right back. Offered to send someone out to give an estimate. Said if we weren't happy with the estimate, we could just send him on his way. If we were ok, they would complete the job right then and there. Scheduling was very easy, and they went out of their way to keep us informed of the exact arrival time. Technician was polite and knowledgeable, and the work was completed to our satisfaction. Hiring an electrician, is unfortunately a costly endeavor, but I would not hesitate to call them , or to recommend them in the future. Thanks for the quality service!

Farrryn was easy to work with. The technician was timely and diagnosed my electrical problem very quickly. I would definitely call them again.

Farryn came over to install an last minute outlet. We had just gotten a new stove and converted to gas the day before when we realized we needed a new outlet for the kitchen. They came over the very next day and got us hooked up. They provided excellent service and great communication. Dan followed up with us and made sure everything worked out ok and that we were good to go with the new setup. We would recommend them for any project and we will be calling them for any of our future electrical work.

I was very happy with my service call on Monday. Matt was prompt, efficient, and handled my long list of problems excellently. He is smart and knew how to figure out all of my issues. I will recommend Farryn and Matt to anyone who asks!
