My husband went to pick up my $3000 suit pants and when the person behind the counter went to find them she noticed that the hanger was empty. She found them in a heap on the FLOOR. They are ruined - feet prints and snags and of course filthy.  No apologies - just a shoulder shrug. She happened to be the manager so no one to even escalate it to. Definitely will not be going back. Wish I could give NO STARS

I went in the store (mind you having one of my worst days ever) and the woman that greeted me had the biggest smile on her face, and asked if there was anything she could help me with. She was so pleasant and made sure I was well taken care of, her costumer service was amazing! She brightened up my day, thank you Jennifer for having that smile on your face!

Great staff 
Great place to come and take your clothes everyone is always friendly. And a very nice clean store. Love taking my clothes there fashion fresh dry cleaners is the best in South West Florida.

My husband and I have been a customer of Fashion Fresh for years.   Jennifer the manager is awesome and is always smiling when I see her.  She goes out of her way to make sure her customers are always taken care of.  She's the best!
