Sam was truly responsive to our needs.  We submitted our passports with apprehension and we were kept in touch of what was occurring, but Hurricane Harvey interfered.  We could not receive our passports and attached visas back as a result of the hurricane and the Brazilian consulate holding them.  Sam responded to my anxious e-mails with patience and understanding and stated that he would retrieve the passports as soon as the consulate reopened and that I would receive them the next day.  That happened and I am totally pleased.  Actually, I think Sam managed to get them the day before the consulate officially opened.  I have no hesitation in recommending Sam and his company.  He certainly dealt well with an over-anxious customer!!

I needed to get a passport for the first time and quickly.  I called the main number for information and I was directed to the website.  All the documents I needed and any questions I had were answered.  The process time was quick and easy.  I  definitely recommend Fast Passports & Visas for their professionalism, quick service and turn around.

Thank you very much for helping us get our visas even quicker than we expected and for less cost in both money and time. My son and I will be going to Brazil for his Blessed Marriage in September. It was very important for us to have everything prepared well in advance. Frankly, how to secure our visas was stressing us out. We thought we had to drive from New Orleans to Houston to get the visas in person, but fortunately a Brazilian family friend suggest Fast Passports & Visas.  muito obrigado
