Here is why I love parking here: 1. Electric Car charging included in price. 2. Shuttles run all the time so you don't wait to be picked up coming or going 3. All shaded parking which is key for summertime. 4. Nearly half the rate if daily it long term covered parking ($10 for airport) 5. Bottle water and newspaper

First off, since the first time I used the service, I have not considered using any others so in Tucson I can't really compare it to another service. The reason is, every time I come here, the people are polite courteous and helpful. Many many times, they have been deserving of a strong review from me but today was the most compelling. All Southwest flight had been delayed due to a computer glitch today and after our ride in a pristine bus and a very courteous and helpful driver as always, we had to return almost immediately from the terminal back to the parking area. When we approached the cashier, we expected to pay some prorated fee. She smiled at us and said, I'm so sorry that they did that to you at Southwest and She gave us two bottles of water and a receipt that showed a zero dollar payment. Someone knows how to run a business right. Nice people, always helpful, great attitudes across the board, every time consistently, and going the extra mile for their customers. That was some much-needed shade provided in everyone of their stalls and Pristine nature of their air-conditioned transportation make this place a parking no-brainer in Tucson. Bravo
