Food was ok. Warm food when I got my meal. Food prices was a little high.

This isn't my type of place.  Wine and beer only.  No mixed drinks.  Food was over priced for the size portions you get.  Steak was bland.  Seafood is good.  Pasta is decent but not great.

Soup and salad was amazing.  I love this place.  The food and service are simply amazing.  Nothing else to add.

Wow, we just attended the Valentine's Day special menu dinner and it was absolutely amazing! The beef tenderloin and petite filet were so tender and flavorful! Even the sides and micro greens were incredibly tasty. I can't say enough about the food at Fat Olive's! 
And I must applaud our server; he was swamped the whole time we were there but never once did we go without. He refilled our drinks regularly, made sure our meal was satisfactory, and even made us fresh coffee to go with our desserts. Speaking of desserts, they too were amazing,  especially the red velvet raspberry cheesecake, so light and airy, not at all heavy or overly sweet like a lot of cheesecakes. 
And might I also say, they do have the best pizza in the area. Being new to the area, (from Alaska where they have a Fat Olive's in Homer, if you're ever in the area. We didn't know there was a Fat Olive's in tri-cities until we stumbled upon it!) we searched for over a year for a good pizza in the tri-cities and finally found it at FO's.
