These sandwiches are hearty. We got the fat breakfast and the bacon chicken ranch. The breakfast has a hot sauce on it that takes away from being able to just enjoy the sandwich, the sauce was hot enough to slow down eating but not hot enough to be uncomfortable. The chicken sandwich was good but mostly in comparison to the breakfast sandwich, nothing special or even noteworthy about it.

This is our go-to place after events nearby, and they're open late so it's perfect to unwind and hang out with friends. Staff is friendly, food is very filling, appetizers/sides are great to share, and shakes are amazing and thick.Food: 5/5

Great suggestion from our son! My wife and I were in LA on vacation and we stopped in for lunch on the way to our hotel. The subs and fries were sooo good. Plenty of food for the two of us! It was a great way to start our trip! If you haven’t been you should go!

Stopped by after the Dodger game on a recommendation from a co-worker. Did not disappoint in the least. The Bahn Mi Ki was amazing and my bf like the Fat Cug which is a special currently.  A little on the pricey side but the sandwiches are good sized. Can't wait to go back. Staff was friendly and the establishment was clean.  Ignore the face, it was meant as a joke.

Ordered a Reuben with fries. The sandwich was average for a sandwich but probably the worse Reuben I ever had and a big disappointment. If served without the name Reuben I would never guess that’s what it was.. If I return, I’ll try only sandwiches with names starting Sal’s..Food: 2/5

Good music and amazing food. I got the Fat Bodega. FIRE. I recommend it! Picture doesn't do it justice. That first bite opened my eyes.Food: 5/5

Pretty cool place. It was really busy but mine went fast. The staff was nice. The Buffalo fries were yummy. Came for a second visit. The Buffalo fries and Samoa shake were delicious. The staff are really nice and helpful. I love the openness of the location. We sat outside and enjoyed our lunch. Ten out of ten recommend.

So good. It is a little expensive but very good. Some of our favorites are the Fat Jerry & Fat Texas the season fries with the dipping sauce so delicious Food: 5/5

Ravone and Aldo were friendly and helpful as the was my first time. They have parking and tables for dining in. I ordered a cheeseburger and fries to go. Cost me $20. It was good, I’ll be back! I love that they’re open late !

Fat Sal's is a sandwich place. In a sense. It's also a shake place. It's also a burger place. Yet, that's not the allure of why people go here. It's how they MAKE these concoctions of food that are given normal names to justify they are indeed a sandwich, shake, or burger. The things that are put inside them though, oh dear, that's a different matter altogether. A single sandwich carries chicken fingers, mozzarella stick, cheese fries, and more! It's several meals all rolled into one item, and one usually orders multiple items to ingest. Thus, the Fat part in Fat Sal's name. The food is good though! It's more than filling si definitely go hungry or if you been out late they also stay open til 3 in the morning. Definitely worth your weight in deliciousness. Plus, if you are feeling super hungry or adventurous, they do have a Fat shake or burger that runs you 99 dollars. That's right! So clne get your fill at Fat Sal's they're making food ova here!
