Worst service ever! My kid order fresh orange juice after a sip she told me I don't like it I tasted it and it tasted not fresh at all!! We told the waitress and she told the owner and we heard him arguing with the waitress that it's fresh and gave her a pitcher that he put the orange juice in it to show us that it is fresh!! It doesn't matter it taste yuck!! We ask her that our kid wants lemonade and the orange juice taste old we don't want it. she took it off from our table and never apologies about that, like it matter!! And the food doesn't taste good at all and we had to wait 30 minute before we got our appetizers and she brought the food with the appetizers!! Anyway after we ate we ask for the check, it took the waiter a good 10 minutes to bring us the check and she charged us for the orange juice that it taste old and not fresh plus the lemonade!! We paid and left and we're never coming black again !!

I normally don't give a lot of reviews and when I do it's usually a positive feed back. But this time I am going to share my experience with others and of course it's a bad one. I took my family out to try this place for the first time, in all honesty food was acceptable but customer service was the worst. We ordered a glass of fresh orange juice for my daughter, she had a sip of it and complained about the taste, so my wife took a sip to check on my daughter claim and sure enough the taste was bad and the juice was old. We called the waitress and asked if we can change the drink, she rudely replied "there is nothing wrong with the juice we just squeezed it yesterday" then went to the manager who told her " go tell them that our juice is fresh it is only a day old, show them the container and make sure you charge them the full price for it " .

Very poor customer service. Have to wait for almost an hour for our food, left after having appetizers only. They need to get more help and improve customer service

Very good food amazing service and the price is very very fair. Best bang for the buck and the food is amazing.

A great restaurant. Falafel is the best in the city, and the mixed grill is very good
