Been in the business over 20 years, had a hard time WITH PARKING being that they do not have many parking spaces. I counted 4 to be exact but i cant complain once i went in the guy at the counter new the part i was looking for right away and i was in and out in just about 4 minutes.

Only flaw is parking in my opinion.
Young guys at the counter, but very experienced.

Needed a faucet piece i went to home depot for and a plumber shopping at home depot referred me to faucet works. He noticed i was having trouble finding the part.
He said these are the guys to go to and they truly were.

Came in on Thursday and there was only one guy at the counter, i was looking for a contemporary kitchen faucet with a side spray in stainless steel and i was looking for a vanity.

The young gentleman showed me everything he had in stock and finally i had chosen he was very helpful in helping me pick the right faucet at a decent price. I then asked him about vanity's and he was totally honest with me saying '' he runs the parts department '' and doesn't have much experience with selling vanity's, then stated the salesman will be in on Saturday from 9-3, so i purchased my faucet with no hesitation and just came back in today which is Saturday and a man named frank helped me in purchasing a vanity he was so helpful and gave me wonderful discounts.

My go-to guy is Julian, knows his stuff.
If you need a valve identified or repaired you must go to him. he goes out his way to find hard to get parts great services
