I went to court here in 2013 suing someone and lost and was escorted out for no apparent reason. Came back in 2016 to file another lawsuit and was interrupted by a young guy in their office while I was asking questions to the lady that was receiving the information. She responded I'm not an attorney I don't know the answers and the younger guy who I didn't see 3 years ago took control as if he was in power over me and I plainly told him, sir I'm not dealing with you, I'm dealing with her. He then got frustrated and so did the whole office. So once my cases were called it's like they stamped my folder or something, but the judge called my case around 1:00 pm., the secretary then spoke to her and the judge then asked how long would my case take and I responded not long at all. The judge then told me to have a seat she will get back to my case because the other cases would be quicker., and the entire time I'm thinking, well it's only me and my defendant and in every case she's calling that she pushed ahead of me has four defendants that all have to testify I don't see how these cases would be as near as quick as mine to where I have to wait until 5:00 for you to tell me which ended up being the very last case called that I would have to come back. I live in Dunwoody ga. I have to leave at 6:30 am to make court in Fayetteville ga. I then told the judge that I was leaving town the next day she almost denied me coming on the following week even though I had a scheduled trip planned for the weekend in the music industry. After pleading to her she finally said that I could come the following week. I showed up just 15 minutes late and they dismissed both my cases and I understand that there is a 30 minute period that they thought I knew nothing about. I have it on their paper the time that they processed and through my cases out and it's exactly 20 minutes. Both defendants were still present and everything. I was miserable about this. So I then filed an appeal, paying $100 more for each case, not including the extra $50 they charged for wrong address. Everytime I went to court the very same secretary or whomever sits beside the judge and works in that office speaks to the judge everytime my name is called. I spoke with attorneys about this lady before this even happened. So I finally got both cases heard on the 3rd appearance and every plaintiff won with hardly any eveidence that day. My cases were heard last once again and the secretary once again spoke to the judge when my name was called and the judge was once again bias. They told me on both cases that they would investigate over the weekend and get back with me this week. I swear on everything on this earth I knew the outcome the night of the court date. I said to myself and others that they are going to let me win 1 case because they don't want to show themselves being bias and that in the other that I win it would be for half the money which would basically be a refund for what I paid to get the cases heard. I spent 2 whole days and one morning in that courtroom to just get my money back. Despite the driving and business missed. I'm the only sales Rep for my company. They ruled in my favor for one case for a total of $500. I was only suing for a total of $2000 that is very well owed to me and it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure that out. On the one case I lost they said I didn't have enough evidence. But the defendant barely had any evidence. And another thing that was really, really funny is that they kept the evidence that both defendants had to investigate the cases but not one time asked me for one piece of my evidence. If I can't go to the courts then whom am I to turn to. What do I do next? I know what I'm doing next and that's getting an attorney because I have a lot of pure evidence. I want to now pursue this courtroom in a lawsuit. I really and truly can not let them get away with mistreating me like this. Im also contacting the Feds and every other source I find that I need to contact. I'm going to get a fair trial with my last 2 cases and 1 with court
