When dropping off they didn’t weigh clothes until I inducted knowing then tried to rip me off by saying wash and fold was twice as heavy. He argued with me, until l asked him to weigh again

Very BAD attitude of the staff and extremely expensive. They made a mistake but blamed me said it was my fault. Will never come back again.

My sister and I had a pact that she would use my wedding gown for her ceremony. So, years ago, I got Fazio Cleaners’ Premium Care Services at Beverly Hills. They cleaned it, packaged it and boxed it with high grade tissue. And yesterday, I opened it to find it as good as new. My sister saw so happy with the gown. Thanks Fazio Cleaners!

Watch out for discounts
They have a VERY deceiving "bookkeeping system" and work the numbers in a magical way that discounts always disappear
Work quality is better than average but as I said expensive and the discounts offered never there and always have an explanationation to not honor it.
BAD, BAD, BAD business practices
