The meat between the lasagna did not even look like me all of the pasta was extremely dried out. The meatballs had a very funky taste to them. And even the fettuccine with alfredo sauce had a burnt taste to itFood: 1/5

Great customer service, they're always friendly and smiling  I generally order pickup and it's always ready when I get there. The food is good for the price. I like the rewards program, I get decent coupons and can usually get a free drink or dessert.  Kid-friendliness: They have coloring books and crayons for children

Very friendly staff. No wait to order. Staff remembers us from last trip in two weeks ago. Very casual atmosphere. Beautiful young lady who waited on us, also offered coupons for the next visit in. Lunch value meal is a great value!!

I ordered Fettuccine Alfredo topped with mozzarella cheese and a sweet tea. It wasn't bad. Next time I'll ask for extra alfredo sauce. Once I stirred it, it was a little dry for my taste.

We went this place in a year with my son. We ordered 2 chicken parm. The chicken parm. is the only dish I really enjoyed there. But when the other came to my table, the chicken pieces shrunk in a half. I was shocked about the size of the chicken. They raised the price, reduced the size of the chicken in 1/2. What a bummer.

Giving a 4 simply because I love fazolis and grew up at this fazolis, however I’ve had a few rough situations with service recently.  Not sure if she’s a manager or now but tends to work the evening. You can tell closing and getting out at 10:00 is her priority.  Entered the lobby at 8:35 10:00 lobby closes ordered my meal for dine in and under her breath she said “of course it is.” Carried on with my business was polite.  Door dash or pick up order came in and she said “need to stop being distracted or else we will never get this done.”  I worked in the food industry. Trust me I get late night shifts are no fun. Customers come in at close to closing time and you just roll your eyes because it’s so late.  But 8:35 when you close at 10:00 just isn’t justified for that.  Again tale of two stories as there was another employee who was mopping and scrubbing extremely hard doing grunt work and looked and me and smiled welcoming me here.  Not the first time I’ve had an interaction with this employee that was distasteful, but may create a different judgment to avoid this particular fazolis on nights if I feel I’m an inconvenience an hour and a half before closing.  Still a great location, but might need to have a conversation with one employee about customer service at night.

Went through drive thru, ordered our food, forgot a drink & the lady was extremely rude- we will do our best in the future to remember asking for her to do her job because obviously that was more than she was willing to do.Food: 3/5

For all the negative reviews, remember this is fast casual.  Breadsticks are amazing, my kids eat their meals,  and both recent visits have had great customer service.  Oh! And the bathrooms are even clean!!

Ordered online for pickup and was really disappointed in the quality. All 4 items we ordered had about half the sauce needed to cover the pasta. If it was just one, I wouldn't complain. But all 4 were like this. The chicken alfredo had like 5 small chunks of chicken. They get 2 stars for the awesome bread sticks, though.

First time here, seriously good food, killer price for how much food we got. Jacob was the manager on duty and he is awesome! Very good customer service! Happy camper here
