I arrived with 30 hungry soccer players and staff. They had our food in 15 minutes. Order correctly executed. Awesome breadsticks. Food was hot, spicy in my case and yummy. Highly recommend them.Food: 5/5

We had a lady name Brandy and she served and waited on us. She has great hospitality, prompt and very nice. Even my children told me to give her a tip because they said mother she was very good and my other one said she rocks. It is always a pleasure to get good service when you go to a restaurant. So we are happy that we came tonight and met Brandy.  Kid-friendliness: The kids they enjoyed coloring, finding words on the worksheet puzzle. And then we played a game and they had to spell what they ate and it was really fun.

This was my first time at Fazoli's to have lunch. Once you place your order at the counter, you have a seat and they will bring it out to you. It is a cross between a sit down restaurant and fast food.  My lunch was decent and well-priced. While it is not fine Italian food dining, it is great for lunch in a quick dinner.

I tried the ultimate sampler - chicken alfredo, spaghetti with meatballs, lasagna and cheese ravioli!  Also got a dozen breadsticks with marinara sauce and a side salad with ranch dressing. Pretty good! I didn't love the chicken in the alfredo but the rest was pretty yummy! Food: 4/5

Flavor? Heard of it? Spaghetti and meatballs. No meatballs. 2 pieces of garlic bread... nope 1 and not toasted. Cold.  Worst canned sauce but hey noodles were on point. Good job guys!!!!

Food was good. Great and happy environment. Really thought thought the service was great. The one who helped me Jessica was very helpful and knew what she was doing. She was also very pretty tooFood: 3/5

I love the pasta an bread sticks ordered for 3 an my husband an I shared because they have pretty big dishes. We chose to go thru the drive thru this time instead of going in so we could eat at home.  Parking: There are plenty of places to park unless it's busy but usually you won't have a problem an drive thru was quick an easy too.
