We got there really late. We were totally taken care of. Very clean but a little dated. But realize where you are! We would definitely stay again. Could have used more pillows.☺

I've never stayed the night here but the little snack store is super convenient when driving thru owyhee. I heard the overnight prices are affordable. The lady that works in the office is awesome.. she's super helpful with directions and any other questions you might have. If the weather is bad and you need to stop in Owyhee, this is the place. It's right off the highway, literally.

As I read,  the Feather Lodge is the place to stay in Owyhee.  We were in town to work with the Shoshone-Paiute Tribes and spent 3 nights.  Rooms were clean and warm if a little dated. The microwave and fridge were an unexpected bonus but there wasn't a coffee maker. There is WiFi in the office and it's visible from some rooms,  but at least when we were here connecting to the router didn't get to the Internet. The one negative was that,  while they don't penalize for early departure it's because they charge the full reservation length when you check in, so make sure you don't add "just in case" days unless you plan to use them.
