Small store. Looked like an upscale second hand shop. Not really what I expected.

This store is hidden right off congress so don't pass it up! This store is unique in that it offers a great blend of vintage attire. The selection ranges from short mod high fashion dresses to eclectic vests and shorts. I have found a few things here, but prices are sometimes a bit steep that I can never bring myself to buy anything. Maybe one day...

Though some may disagree, I think this is one of the best vintage stores in Austin. Unlike many vintage clothing hot spots where you have to hunt for days, these pieces are curated and easily organized. If you like a sort of "haute hippie", or bohemian look (think Almost Famous Kate Hudson), then head to Feathers. The prices are relatively high, but the quality is great. These are original, truly vintage pieces. AND, they have Jeffrey Campbell shoes!

I absolutely love this store and consider it the best in the entire city when it comes to vintage. The entire store has been well curated and thoughtfully handpicked with clothes spanning several decades. They also sell beautiful handmade jewelry from some of the best designers.

Feathers is my top pick for good quality vintage in Austin. Small, well appointed space with a thoughtful selection of garments and accessories. I found my future wedding dress here - and for only $60. Reasonable prices on some lovely vintage.
