Everyone is very nice here and do good work. My only issue is the store layout. Its difficult to navigate and there are tons of treats at dog mouth level. Its way too distracting for my pet. Makes me anxious to go in there because I know he's gonna "shoplift" and I gonna have to constantly correct him. A better floor plan is needed!!

Always gets our Humphrey in last minute, friendly staff, knows what they’re doing , and very caring!

I had my standard poodle pup groomed here and the service was excellent.  The shop is well lit and the staff is super friendly and responsible. The location is easy to get to in Benicia,  right off the freeway and a few blocks straight down 5th Street. I recommend you try this shop, if not for grooming, for the pet supplies and toys.

We absolutely love this place. The staff are friendly and very good with the pets. We love Cheyenne and have her groom our fur baby everytime we go there.

I take my precious furbaby here and I love that they are so patient with her since she is a nervous pooch. Always a great cut.
