GHETTO!!!!!! I came in to look at a place (my husbands only day off) & the two staff members are sitting at their desk texting on their phones and refused to let me view one (it wouldve taken 5-10 mins max) obviously thats too much to ask. They claimed they were so busy and come back another day. I walked out immediately, i wouldnt want to live somewhere with lazy unprofessional staff. I think this place is all section 8 anyways!

I currently live at Featherstone Apartments an they have brought in New management who seem to be getting things done around here!!!

Customer Service - Meredith was very rude to me when I was inquiring about my application & daycare services. I do not want to live here with her being the apartment manager, I have never met this lady before when I asked her about my application she told me they tried to contact me and got no response, I asked her if she had left a voice mail and she said yes. I said I never got that call she continued to get rude with me and said "I don't like it when people say I don't call them because I do" she didn't even say can I help you when I walked through the door! Seldin needs to have her fired.
