Jennifer is very rude ,She needs a huge lesson on customer service and how to deal with the public. She is very rude and nasty and I requested that she should not call my phone. I can’t deal with nasty rude customer service reps this lady is miserable and must hate her job she really needs a lot of prayer and help. Boot her off the team she is ruining it for the entire company. Cooperate should really hear how she handles customers. She once accused me of telling a staff member I worked at the bank. I’ve never stepped foot in a bank as an employee then giggled once I informed her how bogus that was and I’ve never said anything of that nature. Smh she’s sad and I really don’t care for her at all. Jennifer should not be in customer service with that negative nasty attitude of hers period.

Customer service is awful. I spoke with someone named "Luce" and she had a ridiculous attitude. Two months ago, 2 payments were drafted from my account. I've never been behind on my payments, so there was no reason for them to take 2. When I called to dispute the charges, Luce was very rude and accused me of making the error--instead of apologizing and fixing their mistake.

This company SUCKS got behind on a payment. Called to pay something on it and they wouldnt even take a partial payment. Talking about it not gonna do any good it just be sitting there. Told the lady just because it wouldnt do any good on yall behalf but atleast i know im not far from getting it caught up. They dont believe in helping thier customers

Margaret and Oviedo are very wonderful customer service reps... Jennifer needs a lesson on how too talk to grown folks , other then that there all right with me.

I've gotten two loans from them in the past two years and I've had nothing but positive experiences. My interest rate was high but understandably so because it was my first ever loan. They always worked around my schedule which was nice when I switched jobs. They've been nothing but kind and curteous to me. If I get another auto loan it will be through them just because of the outstanding service I've gotten thus far.
