RIP OFF-  
I paid to one of those firms (the have three names) TELDEBT SOLUTIONS, Inc, -FDATR Inc, OR FEDERAL TAX RELIEF Inc.  the amount of  $ 9,700 for Tax Resolution Services on May 21st, 2016 with a promise that I would have tax matters resolved within 3 months by being placed in either a Partial Payment Installment –or- Currently Not Collectible Program.  It has been exactly 7 months (mora than twice as long) and my case has still not been resolved. I feel extremely mislead and at this time I was demanding a Full refund for the services that were clearly not rendered.   I talked to Kenneth Wayne Halverson on November 14th and he promise me that he will call me on Monday November 28th to update me with the status of my case, that they will work hard on my case and that day , they will have some news for me.  Today is December 26th and have not hear from them.  I call last week Barry Footlick, trying to find out what happened, I called him three times and there is not answer.  It is very clear they have done nothing on my case and the only thing I feel now: THEY STOLE MY MONEY.!!!!! THIS IS A TEFT BY DECEPTION. The only thing they have been doing is using stall tactics.
