I do not recommend this this law firm. The attorney had all the evidence available to win the case and didn’t use it. They decided on their own accordance not to use it. I’m now being held accountable for their mistakes. I 
Was sued for replevin And told my attorney from day one that I did not want the items. I just wanted my property fixed from when they moved out. Almost 2 years later and $20,000 in lawyer fees here I am today. It would have been cheaper for me just to fix the items myself. Don’t trust this lawyer he will say whatever he has to to so you hire him. His Law Firm is not what it used to be. Missouri Case Net is free go Read my judgment

I own a real estate company and within the past 6 months I have had 2 clients use Thomas Federer when they needed representation.  One was a buyer and the seller was trying to back out and 1 was the seller and the buyer didn't show up the day of closing.  With the help of Thomas Federer both properties closed and I had very happy buyers and sellers.  If any of my clients need legal representation,  Thomas Federer will be the first call we make.

Mr. Thomas Federer was knowledgeable, passionate both cost efficient and time efficient.  My questions and concerns were answered quickly.  His staff was friendly and courteous.  I am very thankful for the money he helped me and my family save and how painless he made the entire process.

Federer & Federer handled our issue with a home remodeling job gone bad.  Poor workmanship and substandard materials were not discovered on our remodeling project until well after completion of the work and contractor paid.  The professionals at Federer & Federer were able to produce a settlement that not only paid for repairs and correctly finishing the project, but also paid for all costs associated with litigation.  Thank you Mike Easley, Tom Federer and all the professionals at Federer & Federer.
