Bought my last 3 cars from them and love them all. Also when I make my appointments for services never have any problems to make one. The waiting is not so bad and the service is always good. Love the waiting room with all the goodies and venting machines, and it is always clean.
Love getting my car washed every time I get it serviced.

James Starr was great. He listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle and picked some out that met my requirements, but also let me look at ones that I picked out. He wasn't pushy at all. Everything was really simple and quick. I will definitely send friends and family to get vehicles from him and I'll be back for my next one.

Josh Carter, our salesman, was fantastic!.  He listened to what we wanted, and what our budget was, and we discussed a  couple of choices we liked.  We chose the one we liked, 2018 white Sorento, did the paper work, and it was that easy. 
The back light was broken, so we decided to leave it to be fixed and pick it up when it was ready.  
Picked the car up today, Friday, Feb 2, 2018, and Josh explained some of the things that would be different than our old car, and we were done.
Josh is very knowledgeable about his business, and is friendly and funny.   He does not try to sell you something just to sell a car.  He truly listens to what you are saying and what you want.  Rare in car salesmen these days.  
We've bought many cars over the years, and honestly, this was the best car buying experience we've had.
I'd tell everyone I know to do to Federico Kia Dealers, and ask Josh!

I have to say this was the easiest car deal I've ever had! I usually hate, detest, and despise buying a new or used car, because I always used to feel like I'd been taken advantage of in some way. Not this time! Perry Yates was the salesman, but he didn't act like the "typical" car salesman. He carefully and respectfully determined what my daughter and I wanted in a car, and our price range. He didn't try to "upsell" us (which I hate, BTW) and even got us a color we both liked. Dave (whose last name I forgot) was the finance person and he obtained a loan for me at a low interest rate I didn't think I would qualify for, and very affordable payments. (He's the sales manager, the regular finance guy had the day off). My daughter and I felt respected, which is also an unexpected experience for us. All in all, if you as a female want your expectations met, and treated respectfully and fairly, Federico Kia and Perry Yates are the place to go and the person to see.

Perry was a huge help! He walked us through the buying process and answered all of our questions. The lot and building was clean. We feel like we got a fair deal on our car, even with poor credit.  Highly recommended!
