Fedex suck and I will never use them again and I will never buy something from a company that use them for shipping my stuff was supposed to be here Tuesday and it never came they told me it would be the next day still didn't come this has happened every day now it's Saturday and my stuff is still not here and they told me it has been sitting in there warehouse 45 minutes from my house since Tuesday I am pissed. Ups has been to my house 3 times this week so fedex has no reason they couldn't. So can ups get my stuff from fedex so that it can get delivered

Im editing my origional review from you guys suck, to, you guys suck and are incompetant. The good reviews on here have got to be fake. I was standing outside with my kids at the playground. Fedex delivered my package to a 4 year old child. luckily i was standing there to see that. just handed it over and walked away without confirming if it was the right person. either your policies are completely screwed up or you have careless and incompetant fedex delivery drivers. I never take the time to write bad reviews for places. usually the place deserving the bad review will never get my business here. But, since there is no choice sometimes but to deal with fedex, im stuck. 9 times out of 10, waycross fedex service SUCKS!! Get your s*** together!

Paid an extra $20 for express delivery for an item that needed a signature. Took the whole day off to BE AT MY HOME when it arrived. Well, I got a noticed by email that delivery was attempted and a "door tag" was left.. The driver left the door tag on MY BARN and didn't even bother to drive to the house!! So now, it's Friday, I am out a whole day plus the extra $20 for something I will not receive till Monday! And to top it all off, FedEx can't reimburse me the $20 that I paid for nothing apparently, they said they can only "file a complaint on the driver"..
