I've been here three times. I'll drive farther if I have to go to a FedEx.  There's an issue every time.
1) Can't ship boxes if wrapped in brown paper.
2) Have been told boxes need to be square or rectangular otherwise they can't stack them efficiently on trucks. ???
3) Today, needed to send a one page fax. One counter person. Someone was at self service so I was willing to pay more if he would do it. Station opened so I went there. Instructions clearly state slide payment card in reader before proceeding. No reader so I get back in line. Next people placed a huge print order last week, now they're being told it's not in the system. Lady behind me puts cash on the counter for her copies and says she can't wait more. Another staff member cimes out and says I don't need to prepay as the sign says, just fax it and gi back to counter. I do. I wait again to pay. I finally leave $3 for my $1.89 +tx fax and say the same thing. Staff says nothing. Took about 15min to send a fax that was done in 30 seconds.

I am here in Seattle on Holiday and brought some of my design work with me. I needed to make some oversize copies and found the FedEx Office and print shop 4 miles away. The branch manager was very professional and courteous. Thank you for the outstanding customer service!

I went in on Friday morning and the gentleman that helped me was friendly, service-oriented, and understood I was in a rush.  All I needed was to print something short for an event that was starting, and he was fantastic and didn't even charge me!  I've used other FedEx Kinkos before (and that location one prior time), and this was one of my best experiences to date, so thank you!  Wish I caught the gentleman's name, as would have loved to commend him to his manager.  Thanks for great service, with a smile and extra kindness.

The company I work for does a lot of printing and mailing through this FedEx and we love them! They are always super quick to turn our printing jobs around and know us all by name. I would highly recommend working with them.
