I will never use their services again. I went in needing something printed, scanned, copied and FedExed in an emergency, and told the representative step-by-step what I needed. He only copied and scanned half of the document, even though I told him it was double-sided. :-(

Sherley is great. Friendly, attentive, organized. Excellent experience at this store.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They repeatedly screw up my very simple printing orders. No accountability and they are terrible with customer service.

Awful service. I requested a large format print (Total of 2 sheets) and the guy tells me he might not be able to print them today. I asked him for confirmation and he says he needs to look at them.... I'm not sure how else to explain it's just two large format black and white prints. The location is open for another 5 hours. Every other location prints them within an hour and I can go pick them up, and these are all the downtown locations, I guess this location is somehow busier then them especially on a Sunday.

Updated to 3 stars. They have a new employee there and he is great! Hopefully he will contribute positively to the business.
