Printing from the cloud is a huge Benefit of coming here. One of the few places left to print stuff. The shipping on-site is a plus.

The place has gone downhill from a couple years ago. I went in to create a few posters from pictures. The guy told me I needed to get each of the pictures into one printable image to avoid a creative fee, which I did. When I arrived back at the store he told me they also needed to be re-sized (which he didn't tell me the first time). He asked me if I wanted him to do it and I said yes, thank you. Five minutes later, that was done but I found that my charge went up about 30%. He failed to tell me there was an up-charge for re-sizing the pix. 5 min re-sizing my pics for $50 extra? Really, you couldn't just do that for me on my second visit? In addition, I did not like the attitude. I'm not going back.

Walin and the group of warriors in Norwalk, Westport road are rock stars! The staff is very customer service oriented, kind, efficient and get all of my printing and special services done correctly, and before schedule in most cases! Thanks guys!

This place is reliable, reasonable and a pleasure to work with. They always come through no matter what odd printing request I have had. and they are FAST!
