Waited for a package (it was a present for my Husband). It was never delivered. Tracking said it was at 2:28 that day.  They were polite enough to deal with but maybe they shouldn't tell the customer who was receiving the package and person who sent it two different things. Please hold the drivers responsible!!!! It was NEVER left here!!

Had to pick package up that missed deliver at home. Gave tracking # they retrieved package quickly. Good customer service.

I sent a package around 3 in the afternoon to go from Michigan to Ohio and by noon the next day it had been received.  I am very happy with the service and I can't say enough for the young man who helped me and was the most efficient person I believe I've ever dealt with.  The lady working with him was also efficient working with another customer. Thank you to these 2 great employees.
