Easy to find and was helped immediately and didn't have to wait in a line to get my package.

This place looks like a prison and staffs here treated me like a prison.I had my worst experiences in the us at this place. They were just rude and unhelpful! Come on! There are so many people out there seeking a job! And apparently fedex doesn't care about consumers at all because FedEx got big clients. I have already filed a complaint with my merchant.

Not very friendly and unable to follow directions. They just could not figure out how to forward my package, although they called me to ask for the address. Also no one inside when I arrived. Lacking all around.

I will never use FedEx again.  I have shipped out 3 Ekg Machines on 3 separate times in a one week period.  One in which was damaged and the other 2 are lost during transit.  These machines were 5 feet tall and 3 feet wide.  How could they lose a machine this size.  They packed the item as well.
