We had a great afternoon of processing food donations so that they can be repacked and distributed to food pantries.  We sorted, checked expiration labels, inspected packaging of over 17,400 lbs of food donations - approximating 14,000 meals to those in need.  We started with a video and quick talk about what we were doing. then staff members showed us the rest of the warehouse - we quickly setup our stations and I went to the sorting area...  Pls get your community, company, church involved - help these guys.. great bonding time...

Location not easy to find (Use GPS), very clean, awesome people willing to help and go the extra mile.

Great place to volunteer and do community service. They receive donations from supermarkets and restaurants then process and provide for local food pantries, and shelters. Every time I've volunteered there has been different corporate volunteer days where workers show up nice way to do good.
