I love this place because there is plenty of room for seating, they do not charge for parking, and the seats are really comfortable. I hope everyone enjoys this place like I do.

Great venue for BJJ competitions - two locations to view. One up top and one down by the mats. I love that they don't charge for parking during the events. Last competition during the summer they ran the AC, too.
