Place is the Best Shoe Repair place in Hartford area! Every time I bring my shoe problems here, he fixes and it looks sometimes better than new!!!

I brought in a pair of nice heels that needed the soles repaired as well as some additional repairs to some wearing on the shoes. From the second I walked in the door to explain my problems, the man was downright rude with me. Before I even showed him my shoes, he chastised me for showing up 10 minutes before closing and said he shouldn't have even let me in. I apologized and said I'd be quick. I showed him my sole and asked if he could fix it and he said yes. The shoes had a few other issues from being well-worn and before I could even finish asking him about the other issues, he interrupted me in the middle of my question and said that he would only fix my soles-nothing else. I have never received such poor and rude service in my life! If I didn't need the shoes back ASAP, I would have walked right out of his store and found someone else.  I have not my received my shoes back yet, so I cannot comment on the quality of his work, but simply based on how nasty he was to me, I will never be returning to his business.

He fixed my Nike air Max sneaker boots ..he never experienced the type of shoe before and took a shot they came out better then when I bought them..Nike needs to hire him...
