Melissa was awesome!  She came to my house 5 different times to go over plans for our fence. She was patient and kind and never made me feel rushed. I had 4 other estimates from fence installers and Fence Outlet was my choice not only because of the price but because of Melissa. The men that came and installed the fence were very polite and made sure to ask me questions if there was something they were concerned about. They kept me informed through the entire process. The final result is beautiful and I highly recommend Fence Outlet. Ask for Melissa!

Working with the Fence Outlet (NPR) staff was such a wonderful and painless experience. Ashley, in particular, was such a refreshing person to work with. She helped us pick out the best style and material for a fence that would compliment our residence and neighborhood, and Ashley was so informative on what was required for our city's permits. Ashley was amazingly helpful, and I will be referring her to everyone in the future. Keep up the great work!

My neighbors hired Fence Outlet to install their fence. One day there was a knock on my door from my neighbor who was telling me they were going to have a new fence installed. They kindly tell me my chain link gate might be a little on their property according to the sales woman. This gate had been where it was since the house was built inn the 70's. I told them no problem, if it is I will move it for them. The sales woman then came over to talk about the gate post. She first tried to sell me a fence which I didn't appreciate then she tells me I'm encroaching on their property and would have to move it as if I'm the one who put the post where it was. This is after I already told her I had no issue moving it. I guess she still had to push it. I have a friend who is a real estate agent that I talked to the following day who said she had no legal right to tell me that without any kind of documentation or county license what so ever and if I wanted I could have reported her and the company. Not only that the old fence had been where it was for many, many years and legally per certain laws I could have said that I will not move my gate post or allow them to move their fence over. I'm not a nasty neighbor though and like my neighbors so I told my neighbor I would happily help them out any way I possibly could and move it if come to find out I was on their property so they could have their fence put in without issues. They had someone come out and mark the property and I moved the gate post for them ahead of time so the fence company could do what they needed. Come to find out the new fence went in right where the old one was because of a utility easement in my yard and didn't even need to move my post at all. This utility post was originally brought up to the sales woman from both me and my neighbors and she was clueless to what might go on with the new fence. The issue I have here is how the sales woman talked to me and said things to me she had no legal right to just to make sure she gets her sale with my neighbors and told my neighbors things she never should have. If they want people to tell others about their company then properly being trained and knowing certain laws would be a plus. If she just handled herself in a more appropriate way then I would say wow their new fence looks great (which it does) and tell others who need fences about them. I won't though because of how threatened I felt. I'm an easy going guy and proper communication does work.

We purchased our new fence (200') in January, 2018.  Sales person was extremely knowledgeable and personable.  Our installation was scheduled on time and was done in a professional manner.  The installer was happy to answer any questions we had.  We couldn't be happier with the quality and appearance of our new fence.
