My wife had the Carolina Classic burger and I had the Carolina Classic hot dog, we shared fries and a pretzel with cinnamon and powdered sugar. They recommend we try the homemade ranch dressing for the fries.  In short, we now have a new favorite spot to grab an awesome and quick bite to eat. 
My wife doesn't like hot dogs and I've been wanting to try this place since I first saw it. Finally, she suggested we give it a try and what a pleasant surprise.  Her burger couldn't have been better and the hot dog was spot on!  The homemade fries didn't need a thing; perfect without the ranch dressing, but it was good.  The pretzel was a sweet treat and perfect ending to a flavorful lunch and we both left with big smiles. Good Eats!

Perhaps I'm the idiot.  I don't go to a pizza place for a steak and, I shouldn't go to a dog shack for a lobster roll. 

I've driven by here many times and decided to stop to try their dogs.  With my mind made up I stepped up to the counter only to hear they had a lobster roll.  I love lobster rolls so I wavered.  I was very disappointed from the second I smelled it.  I could tell I just wasted my money.

It had good amount of lobster on a great toasted split-top roll.  Unfortunately it was smothered in herbs and butter and filled with bitter, wilted, shredded iceburg lettuce.  No sweet lobster flavor to be found and enough butter to drip down your hand while eating.  

It was a terrible way to treat a lobster.  There is no need for that.  The basics are there but a nice fresh romaine lettuce leaf and a touch of butter if a person wants it then maybe a little salt and pepper.  Oh, and offer it cold or hot.   

Again, it was my mistake but a lobster roll is higher on my personal food likes list than a hot dog and they are scarce around this area so I had to give it a shot.   

Very nice people, great selection of dogs, and I'll certainly be back, it just won't be for the lobster roll.

Awesome hot dog joint!!!  

I got Chicago hot dog and it was so good.  If your a Chicago hot dog lover and you will not be disappointed.

My wife go Reuben dog and also loved it.  I wish we lived down here and could try all the dogs on the menu so many look so good. 

Chili Cheese fries where also a treat.  When we visit Myrtle Beach we will always visit Gary’s Dog Shack.

Carolina dog was excellent. Kid helping out there was the best waiter I've ever had. The wife enjoyed her burger and pretzel with cheese sauce. Fairly priced for the area would recommend for a good quick bite. Thumbs up👍👍
