We recently went with Ferguson General Contracting to finish our third floor from a completely unfinished attic to a second master bedroom with full bath and walk-in closet. Ryan Ferguson impressed us from the start with his responsiveness, knowledge (he knew county code inside and out), and creativity in helping us design the best space possible. He provided a quote for the work in a matter of a day or two after working up the full design and clearly detailed the process, materials, quality and price we could expect. The price was very reasonable and now having seen the finished product, we are very pleased with our decision to use FGC. He actually came in under budget so we decided to use part of our built-up credit to install a large granite countertop in our original master bath. He juggled our additional work with ease. His team was courteous and skilled. His use of Google Calendars to deliver the daily work schedule right to your phone was very handy as well. Renovations are intrusive by nature, but Ryan and his team did a nice job of limiting the inconveniences and delivering a final product with which we are extremely pleased.

We decided to go with Ferguson for a 3rd floor renovation project in our home after meeting with Ryan, and we are very pleased with the decision and results. Ryan does a great job of walking through the process from start to finish, and offers great advice along the way. Communication was great and he was very flexible and helpful with us when changes were requested. I would highly recommend Ferguson for any renovation project you might need. His team is very respectful of your home and you will definitely be pleased with the end product, and working with Ryan made the process easy and stress free.

Our vision for our kitchen was a bit unique since it involved keeping much of the existing high quality wood cabinetry and supplementing it with the new cabinetry and other features. Most contractors quickly dismissed our plans and pushed us to perform a complete “gut and remodel”. They were not interested in working with us to help us achieve our vision. From the initial meeting with Ferguson General Contracting, Ryan Ferguson, the owner, listened and took the time to understand our vision for our kitchen project. Ryan worked with us, answered our questions, and helped us finalize the details before jumping in. Ryan was personally involved with all phases of the project from our initial meeting through job completion. Ryan and his team made sure work was performed to our satisfaction and they ultimately delivered exactly what we set out to achieve. Ferguson General Contracting won our business and delivered on their commitments. We highly recommend Ryan and his team!

Ryan helped shepherd us through a kitchen and powder room renovation which turned out beautifully. We were not sure how to go about anything before talking to Ryan. He listened to our ideas and dilemmas, made some great suggestions, and put together a working plan for us . He was patient, answered tons of questions, explained everything we wanted to know about, and recommended very good vendors. He communicated with us constantly and provided pictures along the way - a very nice touch! We are very happy with the finished product.

Mr. Ferguson was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was timely, professional and always responsive to our questions and our needs. We engaged him to do some work on our investment property and he treated it like it was his own. He made sure that we were pleased with the work each step of the way and that the job performed exceeded our expectations (which it did). The fees charged were also extremely reasonable. We will definitely be using this company again.
