Extremely poor customer service with an office staff that is useless when addressing concerns despite being prompt to respond to a service request to have my AC fixed.  Not a company I would do business with again.

I had a great experience during the sale and installation of my heat pump. Unfortunately  they don't stand behind there work. My unit still doesn't run properly. I cannot recommend this company.

I needed to replace an old, cheap, inefficient gas/electric heating and A/C unit that covered my upstairs area. This area has always been difficult to keep cool in the summer due to lots of sun shining in thru large glass areas and a large 2 story atrium that allowed cold air to move downstairs and hot air to move up. The old unit would run almost continuously on the hottest days and still could not keep the upstairs cool, plus it had a very slow Freon leak and had to have Freon added almost every year. Rick came to my house and immediately recognized that the old unit was not large enough, and to install a larger unit would necessitate additional ductwork. I had heard good things about Ferguson, so I decided to go with them and all of their recommendations, even though I was nervous about cutting drywall ceilings to install new ducts.

Turns out I needn't have worried. Matt and Aron arrived exactly when they said they would. They proceeded to do the work in a very professional manner and with no interference with my activities around the house. They finished as promised in less than a day, installing several new ducts and registers, and a new high efficiency furnace and air handling unit in the attic and compressor unit outside. Before they left they had cleaned up almost every trace of their work. The paint around the new registers was left in perfect shape- no touchup required. The new unit has worked flawlessly so far, and I'm actually looking forward to having a pleasant temperature upstairs next summer even on the hottest days.

Everyone I dealt with at Ferguson was professional, polite, friendly, and competent. I give them 5 stars without reservation.

I have been so impressed with the professionalism of this company.  Everyone I have dealt with has been wonderful.  They even tried to give me some pointers over the phone to try before they came out.  They were able to schedule an appointment very soon and the service guy who came out was wonderful !  I have definately found my new heating and air company !
