Fantastic knowledgeable and friendly sales staff. Great finance department that got me a much better deal than I thought possible. Best experience with a service department that u have ever had. They know their stuff, work quick, clean the car, and have a great area to wait. Best dealership I've ever been to.

Best car shopping experience. They were not pushy answered any questions we had. Will be buying another car from here. Update: They forgot to send my paperwork to the bank so we are still not financed. Tomorrow will be 30 days since we got the Buick. Since they didn't get the paperwork sent to the bank in a timely matter we are looking at fines for not getting the car registered and tagged. Still standby the ease of the shopping experience just not impressed with the finance department.

I bought a used pick-up from here in September to pull our RV on a family vacation in October. The truck is fine but Ferguson never sent me the paperwork to get my tag. I had to go back to the dealership the day before our trip to get another paper tag and sign a new sales agreement, the finance manager told me there was a mistake but couldn't tell me what happened. It's been three weeks since then and I still have not received the documents to pay my taxes and purchase a tag. Overall the people seem friendly in person but the lady answering the main phone number can be a little hateful. I wouldn't buy from here again.

We recently had a great experience purchasing a pre-owned vehicle from the Ferguson Superstore dealer in Broken Arrow, OK. The salesman, Spencer was instrumental in coordinating the details for us, as we live in an adjoining state. He constantly went out of his way to provide information to answer the many questions we had! The Sales Manager Taylor Ferguson, the financial agent Shane and the titling assistant Amber were all extremely helpful and professional, as well. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone considering purchasing a new or used vehicle.

I am continually amazed at the high level of customer service here. I bought my Terrain from Ferguson 2 years ago and have received quality maintenance service every time I schedule. Everyone I've worked with is very accommodating.
