Great service! Dropped off 7 watches on Sunday Xmas Eve, got them all back plus 2 bracelets in 2 days. Wow!

The engraving was uneven (literally lopsided and not a straight line) I am very disappointed. However there is nothing I can do to remedy the issue, asking for a refund wouldn't fix my ruined item, you can't undo a bad engraving. I strongly recommend going elsewhere.

This jewelry store has no sense of compassion or trust. They are rude on the phone when called, as well as if you dont agree with their opinion they will call you repeatidly to get the last word in.... I suggest to head to Eureka for better jewelers.
