Too bad there is no option to leave zero stars. Or negative stars. I wouldn't recommend these people to my worst enemy. We had a leak which completely depleted the tank. Went without hot water for 5 days. After 4 phone calls, someone called back and said it would be a month and a half until they could get someone out. We now have a local supplier which charges slightly higher prices but they have real live people who answer the phone and call you back promptly. Oh, and when I explained the situation to the new company, they had someone out within 3 hours. Ferrell? Forget it. Goodbye and better riddance.
Good service from the driver when they show up. Terrible service from the back office. Long wait times. Want to get on an auto delivery schedule. They won’t take my cc to keep on file. Filled out credit app as requested a month ago. Have never heard anything back. Chat line was no help. I was told to call customer service, but can’t wait that long on line.
Absolutely the worst customer service I have experienced. I noticed our propane level was dropping quickly since being filled in December and called on 2/5/24 to express concern of a leak. A technician showed up on 2/5/24 discovered a leak and shut the tank off but didn’t notify me to discuss repairs. I have been calling every other day since then to find out when the leak will be repaired and propane turned back on. The customer service people keep telling me someone will call to schedule and I have yet to receive a call. The icing on the cake was when I was told today 2/15/24 10 days after shut off that they can’t get us on the schedule until sometime in March. Absolutely unacceptable to expect a customer to go without propane for over a month.

Our service has been excellent and yes leadtimes have been longer. Their service remains better than the rest. Good people also.
I have been using Ferrel Gas for the last three years. They are very professional, courteous, efficient, and a pleasure to do business with.
Love the app. I can see my tank capacity , order propane and pay my bill all online.
Company doesn't follow through with its commitment to customers. We were told last week when we ordered that they would be delivering no later than the 21st. I called today to ask for an Estimated time of delivery, the representative said they were not delivering today. We are now completely out of fuel. Do not use this company. This is not the first issue we've had with this company.
Have been without gas for weeks due to leak and company keeps giving us the runaround. Been told by 2 techs we had leak..another stated we don't. Filled gas tank in Dec. and is now empty. Someone is not being honest. Been with this company for 30 years and not happy!!
I had appt. From 2 to 5pm no one showed up or called my house is cold. Their is a blockage some where in my line. Thus company is the worst.
