I would look for other alternatives. I went there hoping to get good legal advice and have some of my questions answered. This was not the case. At the time I was interested in filing a chapter 7. I was greeted with a hand shake as I handed him the questionnaire that was given to me when I came in. He looked at my income along with my wife's and right of the bat said that I made to much money. He did no calculations or asked any questions. I was told that we make more money than him and his wife. The only good advice that I was given was to try another attorney to see if they might have a different spin on it. I did just that. I went to the Boleman Law Firm and found that I could file a chapter 7 based on the calculations for the means test. However, by them taking the time to thoroughly explain my options I decided to file a chapter 13 and learned that I could still convert to a chapter 7 if need be. I was there 2 hours for the consultation as they looked at my information that they asked me to bring and plugged it into the computer. When it was time to file it was quick and easy.

I cannot believe how easy this was. Richard was outstandingly professional, educated, and friendly. The entire process was smoother than I could have possibly imagined. We went into the court, answered a few yes or no questions, and that was literally it. Not even 180 seconds once it was over and completed. Richard has a positive attitude, understanding outlook, and is judgement free. He answered all my questions and concerns promptly and accurately. The level of expertise was simply impressive. Look no further, your search is done. A++
