I suppose (?) years ago this used to be a regular type mall, or maybe not.
Now (or maybe it's always been this way, I just moved here a few months ago), it's like a flea market in the sense that it has individual booths.  
But it's huge and varied and really set up nice, and clean and well put together, not like you think of a weekend flea market with used items.
There is a very nice food court.
There are all kinds of stores.
Their website has a diagram of the mall, you click on a space & it pulls up all the info about the store or business.

The festival marketplace, aka festival flea market, has many small shops which appear to be independently owned.  There is an impression of good values and affordable products.  However, we've found better deals elsewhere.  Some services that seem challenging to find elsewhere can be found here, as there appears to be some diversity of products and services.  Before buying, general discretion is advised regarding quality versus price.  One benefit might be working with individual shop owners rather than large corporate entities.  As always, weigh your pros and cons.

Festival Market is unique, but it's a place to go just to have an experience. They have so many jewelry counters there the one could never decide on a piece of jewelry without going to every single counter. They have a supermarket in that is different although it has barely any walking space. There's a little food court there with some less than not so great items. Sometimes they have live entertainment, and on those days, they usually bus in the elderly. It's a nice day for them at the Festival.

They have a lot of Unique items and Great prices!  And the Lady that sells all types of Cosmetic Mirrors was very nice and helpful with a variety of them and Cuticle Supplies!  I would’ve given five Stars if the Chinese booth didn’t charge me $2 for $1 items and didn’t realize it until I was in the Car headed  back home on the turnpike.  Other than that it was  great experience...

Is basically like a mall. Lots of different places to go lots of different places to shop. There's a really cool antique store going on there as well as sometimes they have events like a farmers market outside of the flea market. It's usually pretty packed on the weekends whenever I do go. I get my dog's raw food from there for over from the pet Deli and he loves it there's definitely something for everyone in there
