I absolutely love the convenience of Festival. I live 2 minutes away, and if I need something quick I'll stop by here. I couldn't give them a full 5 stars because I have found their prices are higher than other grocery stores. I understand you pay for the convenience though. I haven't had any concerns with the staff. Sure, not all of them are friendly, but they have been respectful. I can only think of one time out of 100 where I had a disrespectful and rude employee and he was a young high school kid. He no longer works there, and I can understand why. Other than that, the fruits and vegetables are fresh and I can always find what I'm looking for.

Yes the prices are slightly higher but the service is great!  Staff are trained to be courteous  and helpful.  They have a very good meat selection.  They also bag your groceries.
 When they were closed because of the fire I was forced to shop elsewhere .  I could not wait for them reopen ,  they will,have my business as long as I live in BP.

I have been shopping at Festival Foods since they opened. I like the option of the smaller floor plan and quicker shopping time. Their fried chicken is a staple in our house. The staff is very friendly and quick to help.

Festival foods are good to shop be aware that their items are a little bit on high side. .
