I have enjoyed shopping for fresh produce, prepared food, fresh seafood and bakery items. Well stocked liquor department. Great products and helpful service. Daily specials in prepared food section. Staff helps you find the right stuff, if help is needed. I have gone there even for a quick trip for one or two items and was able to walk out within ten minutes. Childcare available while you shop. Sure, you can find some of the stuff for less elsewhere. But would you find the variety and service? I'm afraid not.

I very much like the butcher/seafood section as well as the bakery.  The variety of meats and seafood is good.  Their prices are slightly higher than other stores but quality is sometimes worth the money.  I also like when they run their sales on the meat, you can really find some good deals.  My grandsons love the donuts from the bakery.  I also like them as well.   As an early riser, I like to go pick out a variety of donuts right as they're going into the display, they're so fresh they are actually still warm.  The only thing I find is there are limited selections on the shelves.  Where you might find a greater variety of an item in another store, sometimes there might only be 2 or 3, maybe less.  

Update: as I find myself shopping more and more at Festival, I have noticed the employees are amazingly friendly, helpful and will always greet you no matter where in the store they are.  I really like this because most stores are almost impossible to find anyone to assist you much less greet you.  It's very refreshing.  Keep up the good work Festival Team!

Festival is the best grocery store chain in the state. The deli, bakery and meat department are awesome. The employees are all very friendly, and they have weekly adds with great deals.

Big factor there is always someone willing to help. They all help out in every department. If you grab the wrong sale item they page someone to run and get you the right item while inline!!! 2 words CUSTOMER SERVICE! !!!
