We purchased several bedroom furniture items, along with a couch and end tables. I feel like we got a fair deal on some quality furniture. The staff was very helpful, but not pushy. We needed our furniture delivered quickly; they joyfully accommodated us. We will go back.

GREAT place to shop. My wife and I bought a bed for our grandson. Mike Quick and a Chris from the warehouse put our purchase on my pickup, tied it down and made sure as an amputee that I got to my grandsons home safely. My thanks to everyone there at FFO in Jefferson City.

We took a mattress back to this location for a warranty replacement, and it went over without a hitch.  The sales team and management went above and beyond throughout the entire process, and here I thought I was in for a fight.  Not so.  Thanks guys!

Allen is amazing.  We always work with him and he goes above and beyond. We have purchased our entire house full of furniture and will continue to go back.  Clarissa also helped us this last time and she is also amazing.  They are so thorough and are the definition of customer service.
