One of my most DEMORALIZING experiences of my life--I had finally decided to transfer my lifetime savings to Fidelity, which I proudly presented to the office in Boca. A desk-agent handed me a tablet to input general info and never bothered to ask how I wanted my TREASURE managed, as if it was just another dollar to process. I was briefly introduced to another agent who, without a greeting smile, offered to help me manage the apparent insignificant investment, if only I would later call him; he then quickly returned to his office. Finally, I was handed loose papers and a carelessly written note of code to use online. I was then DISPENSED with----After brooding in my car, I returned into Fidelity and retrieved MY TREASURE, then went back to my community bank---where I have always been greeted with a smile and by name.

Long wait to get to representative. Voice recognition system very bad. Used to be good, not anymore.
