Popped in while out running errands with my girlfriend. I was walking past the store wearing my street casual clothes and while I understand this isn't business professional attire I wasn't checking up on a job application, I hadn't even applied yet, I was just asking questions. I graduate in 6 months and so I thought this would be a convenient time to pop in and ask what their salary was like and what jobs are available with a bachelor's degree. The fellow who answered my questions wasn't rude but he wasn't helpful either. He told me that people with a bachelor's degree normally start at the call center across the street and then they hire them over as needed. I was kind of surprised that this would be the track for a bachelor's degree. After all I spent nine years getting my Bachelor's in economics (paying your own way without much familial support can be daunting) and I have substantial skill with investments. I made a 350% total return this year on my stocks in my individual account. I've been investing on my own as an individual for about 4 or 5 years while in college, honing my skills and preparing for a career in finance. When I ask what the typical salary was he whispered $50,000 or thereabouts to me and when I pressed him for what kind of bonus pay or Commission was average for this location or for Fidelity in general he refused to answer saying he didn't know. He was pretty unresponsive to most of my questions about what kind of salary I could look at. I got the impression he didn't take me serious and thought I was wasting his time and there is definitely a very dismissive attitude to my questions. Told me that they didn't have any positions available right now even though I explicitly told him I wasn't looking for a job until after I graduate in 6 months, just asking questions. Guess where I won't be working after I graduate? I'll take my superior investing acumen and go somewhere else. I can literally add tremendous value to a company through larger-than-average returns. I have a rare skill set and as such I should be treated with respect and not treated as if I'm just some homeless guy who walked in. People reading this may think I have an over inflated sense of self-worth. But when you've spent nine years getting a bachelor's degree in a challenging field you're entitled to feel accomplished and deserving of being taken seriously. That and the fact that you made 350% earlier this year.

The representatives at this branch are prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly. There is a large waiting area in their newly remodeled location with TV, complimentary drinks, and newspaper. There are usually more than enough staff to help as many customers as needed so there usually isn't much of a wait. I would highly recommend banking with Fidelity and at this branch.

New account with 30k invested getting locked out of my account every day is a joke.. eventually getting my account shut off while making a large purchase. Total BS. There is a thing as over bearing.

The representatives at this branch are extremely knowledgeable but, they do not have the ability to draw cash so being a member of fidelity only allows you to withdraw $500.00 a day at most.
